We are also proud to be an approved Nassau County CPSE provider, offering speech and language therapy to eligible preschool-aged children through their school district.

We offer an initial no-pressure conversation where we discuss your concerns, answer questions, and determine whether services would be beneficial. You’ll receive clear, honest guidance personalized for your child.

We provide comprehensive, detailed evaluations combining observation, standardized tools, and family input. You’ll receive a clear summary of findings, individualized goals, and practical recommendations to support your child’s progress.

Our private speech-language therapy sessions include individualized, high-quality treatment. Our sessions are engaging and child-centered, while incorporating evidence-based techniques. Therapy can take place in your child’s home, at daycare or school, or through tele-therapy (where appropriate).

Little Talkers Speech Therapy is an approved speech-language therapy provider for Nassau County Committee on Preschool Special Education Services.
CPSE services are available through your school district, if your child is eligible.

Welcome! I’m Gina.
I’m a certified speech-language pathologist and mom of two with over a decade of experience supporting families across Long Island and New York City.
I strongly believe in play-based therapy, where children develop speech and language skills through meaningful interactions that feel natural and carry over into everyday moments at home, school, and in the community. My goal is to help children build confidence in their communication while making the therapy experience positive and supportive for the entire family.
I value a collaborative, team-based approach, where parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals are welcomed as important partners in supporting their child’s growth and development.

It all begins with communication and a conversation to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your child’s speech and language skills. Based on the information you provide, it will be determined if a comprehensive evaluation is warranted.

If an evaluation is necessary, it will take place in the comfort of your child’s home. An evaluation is simply a way to understand how your child communicates and how we as speech-language pathologists can best support them.
Evaluations are play-based, child-led, and designed to meet your child where they are. It includes gathering information, celebrating strengths, and identifying next steps if support is needed.An evaluation is typically 45 minutes in length, but can be longer under some circumstances. It includes a parent interview, play-based observations, standardized assessments (where appropriate) and a comprehensive report that includes goals and recommendations.

Following a thorough evaluation and once goals have been established, therapy will begin. Our sessions are built to meet your child right where they are, and use their strengths to help achieve their goals. Sessions are productive, engaging, and most of all - fun! We promise we will leave your child looking forward to their next session!

While therapy is under way, parents, teachers, and caregivers are welcome to be a part of the entire process so that they can help your child carry over their goals into everyday opportunities. We truly believe a collaborative approach will help your child thrive and help their little voice grow into a confident communicator.
Insurance & Billing
Little Talkers Speech Therapy, PLLC is a private pay practice and we do not accept insurance at this time. We accept payment through credit, debit, HSA, or FSA cards. Upon request, we can provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
